Baking Brad Episode 50

This is episode fifty - chocolate eclairs.

Recipe


Good

  • Chocolate icing and milk cream filling were both good
  • Worked out how to use a piping bag

Bad

  • Eclairs could have been bigger, also only made ten
  • Piping bag nozzle was much too thin
