• I just used powdered sugar instead of icing on top because I thought the slice was going to be a failure

Good

• Custard
• Slightly more difficult than muffins

Bad

• Forgot to prepare the eggs before starting to heat the filling
• The filling got a bit burnt in the pan due to lack of attention - while preparing to add the eggs

Really Bad

• Forgot to remove the blue plastic wrap from the first sheet of puff pastry
