Baking Brad Episode 1

This is the first of a series of short posts where I will summarise my baking attempts. I have not really done any baking before this, so expect a lot of failures. This is episode one - blueberry muffins.

• Muffins came out a bit "cakey", but I started to like it by the end of the batch

• A bit dry and not sweet enough
• Blueberry bleed - should not have let them defrost as much
