Finally seem to be clear of the injuries this month, although a heavy running workload might be bringing back the shin stress fracture problems so I have to be very careful of that or risk being out for months again. At work I started running around the Docklands but there's not really any good routes without lots of road crossing, and my watch keeps freezing with all the buildings around too.
Instead I've been running down towards St. Kilda, it's still a hard footpath most of the way but the sea breeze at the end is a nice change of scenery. A new park run started closer to home in Ringwood aka Mullum Mullum, but I don't think it will be my new regular location due to the many hills and the distance is not currently accurate to five kilometres either. The Lilydale course is flatter and has quite a few fast regular runners too.

Finally sold some shares this month, Brambles had been pretty flat and made only about 3% profit in over and year plus about a 3% dividend, so I sold them for some higher dividend and growth companies - half in Freedom Insurance and half in Macmillan Shakespeare, so far it's worked out well as they are up about 25% and 10%.
The only item on the to do list was to finish organising the Cairns holiday which went well enough.
Work has been very busy but enjoyable, although I would prefer to start and finish a bit earlier each day. I had to spend a day and a half back at head office to finish my mandatory training sessions, thankfully those should be all complete now. It looks like my super payments from my previous and current job are now coming through, so I don't need to worry about that anymore.
